My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were cozy but lacked basic amenities like spoons for tea and coffee. The service was friendly and responsive, but there were some delays and unprofessional behavior. The location posed challenges, especially for those with young children or for frequent prayer at Al-Haram. The dining options needed improvement, with a bright spot being the Pain Au Chocolat. However, the facilities were satisfactory.
The hotel has spacious and clean rooms but falls short of a true five-star experience. The AC was not up to par. Service was lacking in responsiveness, although some staff members were nice and helpful. The location is good, with a manageable distance to the Holy Mosque, but improvement is needed in breakfast offerings. Dining had limited variety, and facilities were average overall.
The hotel is conveniently located near the Haram, offering clean rooms with good services. However, some cost-cutting measures seemed evident. The service could use improvement, especially regarding cleanliness and friendliness.
